Wow this is written from a very down to earth perspective. These stories shared by Jamie really hit home, and I have found myself saying some of the exact same things in these types of situations. Take the time to read this great little book, and I hope it makes you stop and think about what the other person may be going through at that particular time in their life.
God has a way of asking us to to do things at the most inconvenient times, but if you will follow God's lead the end result will give God glory and maybe save a person from doing something crazy at a time when they just need a little bit of help or encouragement. Keep writing Jamie and keep sharing from your heart.May you be blessed. Thank you for sharing your heart through your words!

This is a perfect story to share with inquisitive little ones. In my case, grandchildren who love animals and are curious about other places and the interesting animals in them. The photos are well done, not big, but all in focus and perfect for discussion. We liked the sloth and the comment about why not to touch them.. because of the green in its fur. It was a fun, interesting read for younger children and interesting enough to keep the attention of those who do the reading with them, also. Well done, five stars and Highly recommended !!

I had a good time reading this with my children. We plan on traveling to Costa Rica one day, so we are learning what we can while we wait.
